Biscotti and coffee are a great combo. Anne and I have been using this biscotti recipe since 2007, and it’s delicious. To make the recipe dairy-free use 1 cup lard and one cup Earth Balance soy free vegan sticks for the shortening. Also, try replacing the dried cranberries with dried cherries. You’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven!
